Mr. Bryan Sanchez NHS Batch 1998(son of NHS faculty members Mr. Dominador and Mrs. Ramona Sanchez) is recently facing some hardships due to some unfortunate events. Bryan had lost his leg to an accident 4 years ago and is in dire need of a prosthesis leg. Mr. Cesar Sta. Maria former NHS Assistant Principal is personally helping the family raise the amount of PHP120,000 for Bryan's prosthesis leg and is appealing to all of us for help.
This morning I sent out few personal emails to some of our generous alumni and received some pledges which I will be acknowledging their names early next week. Thanks again guys!!!
We hope everyone can share even a small amount. The spirit of giving will count the most.
Below is a special message from Mr. Cesar Sta. Maria:
“Dear Chona
I need a wide publicity for the letter of appeal attached herewith. Please forward this solicitation letter to all members and other friends worldwide who support less fortunate alumni and comrade.
Bryan M. Sanchez is an amputee. He lost his left leg in a very tragic and unimaginable accident some four years ago. He is 26 years old, single and now works as a jail guard at Caloocan City Jail. He is in dire need of a prosthesis leg that will help him be able to walk and do some physical activities such as walking, running and playing basketball.
To help defray the cost of this artificial leg I am taking the initiative to help him solicit the amount of PHP120,000 from our generous alumni, friends and relatives. Any amount you can spare will be of great help for this noble endeavor of helping Bryan who is also a graduate of Novaliches High School.
Bryan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominador Sanchez, both teachers of Novaliches High School. Mr. Sanchez is a Practical Arts teacher while Mrs. Ramona Sanchez teaches Pilipino but is now the school paper adviser, Pilipino edition. Sad to say they are not in a position to pay the full amount out of their meager salary with three other children to support.
I personally know Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez for over 30 years even before they got married. Out of love and concern for the Sanchez family I am making this appeal to help Bryan obtain this much needed prosthesis leg through your genuine kindness and generosity.
